Defective, Misprinted, Incorrect products

Defective, misprinted or incorrect (different from what the Customer ordered) products are replaced at the company’s expense, as long as this is notified to the company by email at [email protected] or by phone.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order by phone or by e-mail at [email protected] within 24 hours from the moment the order is considered “received”. The order is considered “received” by the company from the moment the Customer receives a relevant update of the order status marked “Order Registration Confirmation”. Updates on the status of the order are displayed on the Customer’s screen and sent by e-mail to the electronic contact address registered by the Customer.The Customer reserves the right to cancel the order until the shipping process begins. In case the shipping process has started, the Customer can return the product (based on the company’s product return policy – ​​see Return) by paying the shipping cost of returning the products. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the company by cancellation of the order.

Return

The Customer has the right to return the products he purchased, free of charge and without justification, within a period of 3 working days from the date of their receipt. In this case, the Customer only bears the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products being returned are in the same condition in which the Customer received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or damaged in their packaging (if they are in packaging), and that they will not bear any indication that they have been used, and that the exchange will be made within 3 days of their receipt in careful packaging that will ensure there is no damage when returned together with the retail receipt or invoice.

For a refund, the Customer should mention the Bank and the account number to which the refund will be made. The refund appears in the Customer’s account within four days of the order being changed or returned or cancelled, etc.
